  • Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. During major set releases or holiday seasons, please allow up to 4 days for processing.

  • Shipping Rates:

  • Packaging: We use heavy-duty cardboard boxes and eco-friendly padding to protect those precious LEGO corners.

Return Policy

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.

  • Opened Sets: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sets where the factory seals have been broken, as we cannot verify if all 1,000+ tiny pieces are still inside!

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was the incorrect set.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@yourwebsite.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back to our Returns Center.


🛠️ Damaged or Missing Pieces?

We know how frustrating it is to get to Bag #4 and realize a piece is missing!

  • Damaged Boxes: If your box arrives crushed by the carrier, please take photos and contact us immediately so we can file a claim and send a replacement.

  • Missing Bricks: For missing pieces inside a factory-sealed bag, we recommend visiting the LEGO “Bricks & Pieces” service for the fastest replacement. However, if you need help navigating that, contact us and we will assist!
