🛫 Ordering & Flight Prep
Is everything on PilotLegoBricks authentic LEGO®? Absolutely. We have a zero-tolerance policy for “clone brands.” Every brick, minifigure, and set we sell is 100% genuine LEGO® brand merchandise.
Can I change my shipping address after checkout? If your order hasn’t reached the “Final Boarding” stage (shipped), we can update your coordinates. Please email support@pilotlegobricks.com immediately with your order number.
Do you offer gift wrapping? While we don’t offer traditional wrapping, we ship all our sets in “stealth packaging” (plain brown boxes) so the contents remain a surprise from anyone peeking at the doorstep.
📦 Cargo & Condition (The Collector’s Corner)
What is the condition of the boxes? We categorize our inventory so you know exactly what’s arriving in your hangar:
Collector Grade: Near-mint condition, perfect for display.
Standard Grade: May have minor shelf wear (tiny creases or scuffs) but is still factory sealed.
Damaged Box: The bricks are perfect, but the box has significant wear. These are offered at a discount!
How do you pack your sets? We don’t just “toss and ship.” We use heavy-duty, double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, and air pillows. We pack our sets the way we’d want to receive them—ready for a museum.
🚀 Shipping & Tracking
How long until my order takes off? Our ground crew works fast! Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a “Flight Confirmation” email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Do you ship to APO/FPO or International addresses? Yes! We support our troops and ship to all APO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to over 20 countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the cargo.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t see my package. Sometimes carriers “pre-scan” packages. Wait 24 hours. If it still hasn’t landed, check with your neighbors or your local “Control Tower” (Post Office). If it’s still missing, contact us!
🛬 Returns & Mechanical Issues
What if my set is missing a piece? LEGO® has incredible quality control, but even pilots hit a snag. If a piece is missing from a factory-sealed bag, the fastest way to get a replacement is via the LEGO Bricks & Pieces website. If you need help with this, reach out to us!
Can I return a set if I already opened the bags? Unfortunately, no. Once the factory seals are broken and the “cabin pressure” is lost, we cannot accept a return. This ensures that every customer receives a complete, untampered set.
What if my box arrives crushed? If the carrier was rough and your box arrived damaged, please take photos before opening the set and send them to support@pilotlegobricks.com. We will file a claim and get you sorted.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you have a loyalty program? Yes! Join the Frequent Flyer Club to earn “Brick Points” on every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future sets.
